2000. - Graduated from Defense Resources Management Course, USA, in the U.S. Navy Postgraduate School in Monterrey, a course for senior military and civilian officials from defence organizations from foreign countries;
1976. - 1990. - Completed a series of specialized training in the USA, UK, Germany and Sweden as an electronics engineer working in the Naval Electronic Institute in Split;
1972 - graduated from electronics on the Electrical Engineering Faculty in Split of the University of Zagreb;
Elementary and secondary education completed in Split.

January 2004. - Assistant Minister for Material Resources in the Ministry of Defense;
1998. - 2002. - Head of Communication Directorate in the MOD, retired after return from education in the USA in the rank of Colonel;
1996. - 1998. - Head of Communications, crypto-protection and radar observations in Croatian Navy;
1994. - 1996. - Chief of Regional Department Split of the MOD Communications and Information Technology Directorate, responsible for building the communication infrastructure of Ministry of Defense in 4 counties: Zadarska, Sibensko-Kninska, Splitsko-Dalmatinska and Dubrovacko-Neretvanska;
1995. - "Storm" Operation - Head of Communications of Zadar Operational Group and Sibenik Operational Group operating in the III. Army Corps  Split;
