Chief of General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Drago Lovrić met today, 15 May 2012, in Karlovac, the Chief of Joint Staff of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lieutenant General Miladin Milojčić.

Defence Minister Ante Kotromanović, Veterans Minister Predrag Matić, Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Drago Lovrić, and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Evelin Tonković joined on May 13, in Lourdes, the participants of our 20^th military-police pilgrimage, which is conducted together with the armies of more than 30 countries participating at the 54th International Military Pilgrimage.

In memory of the pilot and hero of the Homeland War, Rudolf Perešin, 15^th "Meetings for Rudi" were held, on Sunday, May 6, in Gornja Stubica.  Meetings were held under the auspices of the Croatian President Ivo Josipović and Zagreb City Assembly, and one of the co-organizers was the Ministry of Defence.

The live fire exercise of the GOMBR Rocket Artillery Battalion was held from 2 to 5 May 2012 at the military installation "Eugen Kvaternik" near Slunj.

The 17^th anniversary of the death of the Croatian Air Force pilot Colonel Rudolf Perešin that was killed in 1995 during the execution of combat mission in the "Flash" military-police operation was commemorated today, May 2, by laying a wreath on Mirogoj Cemetery in Zagreb.

Members of the Military Police from the 20^th CAF contingent preparing for the deployment in the ISAF mission  in Afghanistan, visited today, May 2, Zagreb mosque, where they were welcomed by Deputy Mufti, Aziz effendi Hasanović.

17^th anniversary of the Flash military-police operation was celebrated today, May 1, in Okučani.

Lithuanian Air Force flight crews began practical training today, April 30, in Helicopter Squadron of the 93^rd Air Force in Zemunik Barracks.

The central celebration of the 21^st anniversary of the 4^th Guards Brigade, famous "Spider", was held in Split on Saturday, April 28.
