"Wings of Storm" in Italy
"Wings of Storm" acro-group of the Croatian Air Force and Air Defence, which is a part of the 93rd Air Base, today, September 9 left for Rivolta, Italy, where they will on 11 and 12 September participate with seven Pilatus PC-9 aircraft on the 50th Anniversary of Frecce Tricolore – the acro-group of the Italian Air Force.
Since its first official appearance at the celebration of the 10th anniversary of "Storm" Operation in Knin in 2005, acro-group had 35 domestic and 22 international performances.
"Wings of the Storm" acro-group has performed on the air show which was held on Sunday, August 29 2010 at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of aviation in the Republic of Croatia on the sports airport Lucko where they presented the flying skills, discipline, teamwork and high level of skills.
