Inaugural visit of Israel military attaché
Military Attaché of the State of Israel, Colonel Ofer Yehu paid an inaugural visit to the Ministry of Defence on Tuesday, 15 November 2011.
Colonel Ofer has been received by the MOD State Secretary Pjer Simunovic, who on that occasion with congratulations on his appointment as a military attache, stressed the excellent bilateral relations between the two countries. Colonel Yehu Ofer is the first Israeli military attaché to Croatia, headquartered in Rome, in the Italian Republic. The appointment of Colonel Ofer as a military attaché of the State of Israel to Croatia created a good basis with which bilateral partners can more effectively deepen cooperation in military, security and defence areas.
Colonel Yehu Ofer was also received by the Deputy Chief of General Staff for Plans and Resources, Lieutenant General Slavko Baric.
