Military Attaché of the Republic of Albania, Colonel Hajrush Koni accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania Pellumb Qazimi paid an inaugural visit to the Ministry of Defence, on Wednesday, 12 October 2011.
Brigadier Koni and Ambassador Qazimi were received by the Director of Defence Policy Directorate, Dragan Lozančić, who on that occasion, congratulated on his appointment as a military attaché and said that bilateral defence relations between the two countries were at a very high level. Colonel Koni particularly emphasized very good cooperation in the frame of the US-Adriatic Charter and expressed hope for more intensive cooperation in the future.

Albanian Military Attache was also received by the Deputy Chief of General Staff for Operations, Rear Admiral Zdenko Simičić.
