MOD State Secretary Pjer Simunovic has been attending the "Euro-Atlantic Integration" International Symposium held on 29 and 30 of March in Zagreb's "Palace" Hotel. The symposium was organized by the Atlantic Council of Croatia, with participation of students and professors of political science, international relations and security studies from Croatia and countries from the region that wants to join NATO. The aim of the conference was to educate students regarding the Euro-Atlantic Integrations, with emphasis on the experience of the Republic of Croatia.

A six-month training course for aviation technicians for the first level of maintenance was completed on Friday, March 26 in the Zemunik Barracks in "Rudolf Perešin" Training Centre of the Croatian Air Force and Air Defence.

Upon the invitation of the German Federal Ministry of Defence, the delegation of the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Croatia, led by MOD State Secretary Pjer Simunovic, will attend on Tuesday, March 23, the meeting at the level of Director for Defence Policy of countries that have their troops deployed in the Regional Command North of NATO ISAF Mission in Afghanistan.

6^th competition in the shooting of the military representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Croatia has been held on the automatic shooting ground "Vrapcanski potok” in Zagreb on Wednesday, March17. Competitors used for the first time a D-VHS multi-role automatic rifle made in Croatia.

Members of the 14th CAF contingent that were deployed since September last year in the ISAF mission in Afghanistan, today, March 16, landed in the evening in the 91st Airbase in Velika Gorica. Besides family members, they were welcomed by high CAF delegation, led by the Chief of General Staff General Josip Lucic.

NATO Channel reporters visited, at the beginning of March, Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) in Chagcharan in which, under the Lithuanian leadership, CAF members also perform its duties.
