The Main Planning Conference for the international military exercise "Immediate Response 2012" started in the Croatian Army Command in Karlovac, on November 28.
During his official visit to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Ambassador in Turkey and non-resident Ambassador to Afghanistan Drazen Hrastic recently visited members of the 18th contingent in ISAF.
Ten pilots and two aircraft technicians of Pilot School of the Austrian Air Force from Zeltweg with six Pilatus PC-7 aircraft landed on 22 November 2011 in Zemunik barracks, for a two-day working visit to the Aircraft Squadron (EA) of the 93rd Air Force Base of the Croatian Air Force and Air Defence.

An initial planning conference in support of the implementation of an international military exercise "Jackal Stone 12", which will be held in September 2012 in Croatia, was held from 15 to 17 November 2011 in Lora Naval Base in Split.
