Minister of Defence Davor Bozinovic opened an exhibition of photographs "British and Croatian allied forces in the service of peace" in Herzer Palace in Varazdin, on 7 April 2011. The opening ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Croatia David Blunt, representatives of the city of Varazdin and Varazdin County and numerous other guests.

Small arms attack on a convoy of Afghan National Army (ANA), which has been mentored by members of a joint Croatian-American OMLT was conducted today, Wednesday, 6 April 2011, in the late afternoon by Croatian time in the area of Regional Command North in Afghanistan (RC North).
