“Andrija Mohorovičić“ crew rescues 137 immigrants

The crew of the Croatian Navy's training ship "Andrija Mohorovičić", engaged in the EU-led  joint humanitarian operation "TRITON", on 6 August conducted a rescue operation with the Swedish Coast Guard Vessel 001 “Poseidon“ to save the lives of 476 immigrants from a fishing vessel and took aboard 137 persons.

The Ship is en route towards Sicily, to a port of debarkation to be decided by the Operation command.
