{"id":106735,"date":"2019-06-13T09:14:19","date_gmt":"2019-06-13T07:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.morh.hr\/?p=106735"},"modified":"2019-08-02T09:17:35","modified_gmt":"2019-08-02T07:17:35","slug":"general-sundov-visits-kosovo-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.morh.hr\/en\/general-sundov-visits-kosovo-2\/","title":{"rendered":"General \u0160undov visits Kosovo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the first day of visit (10 June 2019)&nbsp; General \u0160undov met with the KFOR Commander General Lorenzo D`Addaria, they discussed the ongoing NATO activities in Kosovo and the Croatian contribution to the stable and safe environment. General also met with the members of the 31st&nbsp; HRVCON deployed to KFOR.<\/p>\n<p>On 11 June General \u0160undov met with the Minister of Defence for Kosovo Security Forces Rrustem Berisha and with the Commander of the Kosovo Security Force Lieutenant General Rrahman Rama.<\/p>\n<p>The two sides confirmed excellent defence co-operation of the Croatian Armed Forces and the Kosovo Security Force&nbsp; and discussed the plans and possible domains for future co-operation and promotion of bilateral relations.<\/p>\n<p>General \u0160undov said Croatia would continue contributing to peace and security in Kosovo and conveying&nbsp; expertise and experience on the Kosovo Ministry of Defence and Kosovo Security Force with the integration in regional initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">{jumi[*511]}<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Minister Berisha expressed appreciation to General \u0160undov for the support with peace and stability and the building of defence capacity and for the continuous support with the membership in regional initiatives. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>General Rama presented the transition process and the Kosovo Security Force &#8216;s efforts in building its defence capacities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces General Mirko \u0160undov is heading a delegation on an official visit to KFOR and the Croatian Contingent and to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kosovo and the Kosovo Security Force.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":102065,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[117],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-106735","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-press-releases"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 - Tijekom sastanka potvr\u0111ena je odli\u010dna obrambena suradnja Hrvatske vojske i kosovskih snaga te se razgovaralo o planovima i mogu\u0107nostima za nastavak i daljnje unapre\u0111enje bilateralnih odnosa. General \u0160undov izjavio je da \u0107e Hrvatska i dalje doprinositi miru i sigurnosti na Kosovu te pru\u017eati stru\u010dna znanja i iskustva kosovskom Ministarstvu obrane i Kosovskim snagama sigurnosti na putu u \u010dlanstvo u regionalnim inicijativama. Ministar Berisha zahvalio je generalu \u0160undovu na podr\u0161ci u izgradnji mira i stabilnosti, izgradnji i unapre\u0111enju obrambenih kapaciteta i kontinuiranoj podr\u0161ci ka \u010dlanstvu u regionalnim inicijativama.
