We learned from our own experience that the\u00a0 development depends on peace and stability.\u00a0 It is our duty to engage in the promotion of peace and security. <br \/>The Ministry of Defence and me in the capacity of the Minister\u00a0 will insist on providing better working conditions for you- The\u00a0 year ahead of us will the year of enlisted soldiers, NCOs, officers, civilian employees. We pledge to do our best to upgrade the working and living conditions and the safety , especially for the members deployed in international missions\u201c.<br \/>Addressing the members of the 5th HRVCON to Resolute Support Mission the Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, General Mirko \u0160undov said:\u00a0 &#8220;It was impressive to observe the successfuly synergy of the youth of the new generations and the experience of the\u00a0 participants of the Homeland War, both adding considerably to the success of the Croatian engagement in Afghanistan. Through the operation in an international environment, instructing and mentoring the members of the Afghan Security Force the Croatian forces themselves\u00a0 acquire new skills and build on their capabilities, which is an \u201cadded value\u201c of our participation in Resolute Support mission. It promotes the efficiency of the Croatian Armed Forces too\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Minister\u00a0 Krsti\u010devi\u0107 and General \u0160undov paid an office call to the TAAC-N Commander, Brigadier General\u00a0 Andre Bodemann and the civilian representative of the TAAC-N, Dr. Robert Klinke. Brig. Gen.
