Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Ivan Anu\u0161i\u0107 and Chief of the CAF General Staff LTG Tihomir Kundid sent Christmas and New Year’s greetings on occasion of the upcoming holidays.<\/p>\n
Dear members of the Croatian Army,<\/p>\n
respected employees of the Ministry of Defence,<\/p>\n
in a festive atmosphere on the eve of the celebration of the most joyous Christmas, I would like to thank you for your selfless commitment and immense contribution to the construction and creation of a modern victorious Croatian army.<\/p>\n
It is you, respected Croatian soldiers, who make a significant contribution to the building of universal peace and security around the world, thus following the tradition of Croatian veterans and their selfless service to their homeland and people.<\/p>\n
Christmas also requests from us to give a deep gratitude to families of the CAF members, as well as to families of the Croatian war veterans: thank you for supporting them on their pathway of dedication to the preservation and protection of Croatian national interests.<\/p>\n
Finally, may the spirit and messages of Christmas encourage us to build ourselves as even better people, always open to good and directed towards overall well-being.<\/p>\n
I wish all of us a peaceful, blessed and happy year 2025, in which we will all continue to build and strengthen our Armed Forces to the pride of the entire Croatian people.<\/p>\n
