She wished pilot students all the success and happiness in a flight career, presented their certificates, and toured the pilot accommodation in the Aircraft Squadron. Commander of the 93rd<\/sup> Air Base, Colonel Miroslav Kovac also congratulated students on their first solo flights. “The first solo flight is a special event and experience that we all pilots carry in memory. Although this is only the first step and start of the training process, an independent flight is an indication that you are well on your way to further your education and develop a successful flying career”, Colonel Kovac said, and concluded that to become the Croatian military pilot was a challenging and honourable task.
