Director of the course was Colonel Branko Be\u0161eni\u0107 and leader Colonel Zvonko Brigljevi\u0107 from the Operations and Training Directorate of the General Staff. The course, attended by 17 participants from the Croatian Armed Forces and one member of the Army of Montenegro, was carried out by a team of Croatian officers trained to implement the exchange of lessons learned in the CAF units in collaboration with the Joint Analyses Training Team (JATT) from Lisbon.<\/p>\n

The course was conducted to introduce the personnel with management processes in the area of \u200b\u200blessons learned as part of a common system of lessons learned in NATO and in the CAF, using common tools, processes, and information exchange systems.<\/p>\n

The lessons learned are experts’ observations from training events and operational actions that indicate what should be changed in order to achieve better results and as a guide for better guidance for training and raising force readiness and excellence.<\/p>\n

U Domu HV u Splitu od 1. do 5. listopada 2012. proveden je 4. Te\u010daj za nau\u010dene lekcije za sto\u017eerne \u010dasnike, u organizaciji Uprave za operativne poslove i obuku GS OS RH, a u suradnji sa predstavnicima NATO Joint Analyses Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) iz Lisabona koje djeluje u sastavu Savezni\u010dkog zapovjedni\u0161tva za transformaciju (ACT).<\/p>\n

Direktor te\u010daja bio je brigadir Branko Be\u0161eni\u0107, a strukovni voditelj brigadir Zvonko Brigljevi\u0107 iz Uprave za operativne poslove i obuku GS OS RH. Na te\u010daju je sudjelovalo 17 polaznika iz OS RH i jedan pripadnik vojske Crne Gore, a proveo ga je tim hrvatskih \u010dasnika osposobljenih za provedbu te\u010daja nau\u010denih lekcija u postrojbama OS RH u suradnji s Joint Analyses Training Team (JATT) iz Lisabona. <\/p>\n

Te\u010daj je proveden u cilju obu\u010davanja osoblja za upravljanje procesima u podru\u010dju nau\u010denih lekcija kao dijela zajedni\u010dkog sustava nau\u010denih lekcija u NATO-u i u OS RH koriste\u0107i zajedni\u010dke alate, procese i sustave razmjene informacija. <\/p>\n

Sustav nau\u010denih lekcija stru\u010dna su zapa\u017eanja s obu\u010dnih doga\u0111aja i operativnih djelovanja koja pokazuju \u0161to treba mijenjati da bi rezultati bili \u0161to uspje\u0161niji i vodi\u010d su za bolje usmjeravanje obuke i podizanja spremnosti i izvrsnosti snaga, te kako na u\u010dinkovitiji na\u010din provesti zada\u0107u po va\u017ee\u0107im standardima.
