It especially applies on the NCO support chain, recognised in the NATO Commands as well. <\/p>\n<p>Lt.Gen.Lovri\u0107 also expressed his prive over the achievements of the two soldiers and appealed to them to continue to do so in the future. \u201eIn addition to exercising one&#8217;s duties duly\u201c, stated Lt. Gen. Lovri\u0107 \u201eit is also essential to mind the security of one&#8217;s colleagues\u201c. <\/p>\n<p>The PO3 and pvt Fijala were nominated for outstanding service in January 2013. <br \/>PO3 Lovri\u0107, the head of the electrical and energy section of the Frigate 42 of the Navy Flotilla demonstrated superior level of responsibility and ability at his duty last month maintaining the combat system. <\/p>\n<p>Pvt Vaclav Fijala distingushed himself by operating conscientiously and resourcefully the snow-plough continuously for three days during the adverse weather conditions in January\u00a0 2013 to ensure uninterrupted\u00a0 functioning of the \u00abMilivoj Halar\u00bb Barracks at Dugo Selo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n[nggallery id=1067]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Chief of the General Staff, Lt.
