On Friday, 8 August the Mi-8 MTV helicopter performed a medical flight from the island of Rab, transporting two local residents and a German patient to the University Hospital Centre in Rijeka, and two residents of Blato in the island of Kor\u010dula to the University Hospital Centre in Split respectively.<\/p>\n

On Friday night into Saturday morning, and during Saturday, 9 August, the crew rescued a Slovenian and a Czech tourist and a Kor\u010dula resident from the central Adriatic islands and transported them to the University Hospital Centre in Split.<\/p>\n

So far in 2014, the crews have conducted 195 urgent interventions and rescued 294 patients.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
