{"id":9412,"date":"2015-02-25T09:10:45","date_gmt":"2015-02-25T08:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.morh.hr\/caf-winter-championships-close-in-drgomalj\/"},"modified":"2017-10-08T18:36:18","modified_gmt":"2017-10-08T16:36:18","slug":"caf-winter-championships-close-in-drgomalj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.morh.hr\/en\/caf-winter-championships-close-in-drgomalj\/","title":{"rendered":"CAF Winter Championships close in Drgomalj"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The giant slalom competition in the Platak Ski Resort near Rijeka was won by 1st Lieutenant Mirela Ra\u0161i\u0107 of the Guards Mechanised Brigade of the Croatian Army (females), and by Cpl Ivan O\u0161tir of the Support Command (veterans). The winners in the senior categories were Major \u017deljko \u017dugaj of the Croatian Air Force and Air Defence and 1st Lt Tomislav Kirasi\u0107 of the Guards Motorised Brigade of the Croatian Army .\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>The winners of the military patrol competition for eight four-team members were the Special Forces\u00a0 Command and the Croatian Army&#8217;s Training and Doctrine Command respectively. \u00a0<br \/>The closing ceremony was attended by the Commander of the Special Forces Command and Envoy of the Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, who commended the competition in terms of a sport event and and a demonstration of the wintertime operational capabilities of the Croatian Armed Forces members.
