 The ceremony featured the formal line-up  and an exercise displaying tactical and tehnical capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO Battlegroup in Poland.<\/p>\n

The marking ceremony was attended by senior officials headed by the President of the Republic of Poland  Andrzej Duda, and the Croatian Ambassador H.E: Tomislav Vido\u0161evi\u010d and and Defence Attach\u00e9 to Poland  Colonel Jugoslav Jozi\u0107.<\/p>\n

The tactical exercise of  the joint Battlegroup and the Polish Armed Forces engaged the members of the Croatian Armed Forces  operating the 122-mm M-92 “VULKAN” MRLS, and the static display of the combat vehicles used by the exercise participants, during which the Polish President met with the Croatian soldiers and saw their assets and equipment.
\n 
\nIn recognition of their contribution in the Battlegroup President Duda presented the Commander of the 3rd HRVCON, Captain \u017deljko Tr\u010dak and the commanders of the U.S., British and Romanian components with Polish state flags.<\/p>\n

The members of the Croatian Armed Forces have been engaged in peacetime activities in NE Poland concieved  as activities aimed at attaining and maintaining readiness and support to enhanced security of the Alliance and its member nations. They consist in joint practice activities focussed on enhancing  the interoperability amomg the members of the Battlegroup Poland , which is one of the four battlegroups  assigned with implementing of NATO ‘s Enhanced Forward Presence, distributed across member nations at the eastern flank of the Alliance (Republic of Lithuania, the  Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Poland).<\/p>\n[ngg src=”galleries” ids=”3302″ display=”basic_thumbnail”] <\/p>\n
