ACO CSEL visits Croatia
The ACO Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Chief Master Sergeant Richard T. Small visited the Command NCOs of the Croatian Armed Forces.
The acting Command NCO of the Croatian Armed Forces, SMA Mario Mateljić, accompanied by the Command NCOs of the services of the Croatian Armed Forces (Croatian Defence Academy, Support Command and the units directly subordinated to the General Staff) briefed CMS Small on the operation of their Corps within the CAF and the training system currently in use.
The presentations by the CSEL and the hosts were followed by a discussion of NCO training at the various levels in the Croatian Armed Forces.
In addition, CMS Small delivered a lecture for the attendees of the Senior NCO Training Academy, followed by a familiarisation with the operation of the Command NCOs of the Croatian Navy and by the CSEL’s briefing on the role of the NCO Corps within the NATO Alliance, which will be held in the „Sv. Nikola“ Barracks in the „Lora“ Navy Port in Split..
