Army Commander visits Germany Army

The Commander of the Army Major General Dragutin Repinc visited this week the German Armed Forces, where he was received by Army Commander of the German Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Werner Freers.

The two commanders expressed their satisfaction with the cooperation, and discussed further development of cooperation through joint training on training grounds of the Croatian and German Armed Forces.

During a tour of the Centre for the training of the German Armed Forces, CAF representatives were presented with opportunities and capacities of the centre, and they were briefed on the Plan of the next EU BG exercise where Croatian Army troops would also participate.

The commander of the Army and the Chief Inspector of the German Army concluded that the strategic partnership between the two armies in the coming period should be improved especially in the cooperation of expert groups from both sides, with the aim of the joint use of training facilities, training activities and other areas of common interest.
