Army NCO and Enlisted Soldier of the Month

The NCO of the Month in April was First Sergeant Anđelko Vukas, of the Military Intelligence Battalion, and the Enlisted Soldier of the Month was Private First Class Ivo Bašić, member of the Motorised Guard Brigade.

The award of the medals, commendations and certificates in the Army Command in Karlovac was followed by the Commander, Maj. Gen. Repinc’s address, commending 1Sgt. Vukas and PFC Ivo Bašić for their profeesionalism,  dedication and responsibility with regard to both their tasks and their colleagues.

The achievements by the two servicemen should serve as model to all Army members on how to exercise their military tasks.

1stSgt Vukas displayed excellent performance during the military exercises “ŠTIT-13” and “SPREMNOST-13” respectively, while PFC Bašić successfully exercised a NCO duty and took part in competitions, displaying exemplary psychological and physical fitness.
