Chief of the General Staff visits the Republic of Macedonia

General Lovrić met with the Deputy Defence Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, Ilmi Selami, discussing  the security situation in the region and the bilateral defence co-operation.
Further on General Lovrić held a meeting with the Chief of the General Staff of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia, Major General Metodija Veličkoski, exchanging the views on the aspects of the security situation in the region, the prospects for enhancing the bilateral military co-operation and the co-operation within the A-5 initiative.
During the visit to the Republic of Macedonia the Chief of the General Staff and the delegation attended the exercise of the Special Operations Regiment and of the Macedonian Aviation Brigade and visited the Pilot Training Centre of the Army of Macedonia.
