Coast Guard ship in search and rescue action
In search and rescue action for two missing fishermen yesterday, December 19, at the request of the National Search and Rescue Center from Rijeka, the Coast Guard ship “Andrija Mohorovicic” and Pilatus PC-9 aircraft were engaged.
The ship was engaged in the search action from last night, December 19, about 23.00 hours and this morning when the action resumed, the Pilatus aircraft was deployed today in the morning, December 20.
Further possible involvement of the Coast Guard vessels and aircraft will be implemented at the request of the National Search and Rescue Centre.
