Commander of German Air Force in Zemunik

German military delegation, led by Air Force Commander Lieutenant General Aarne Kreuzinger Janik has been in a two day visit to the Croatian Air Force and Air Defence.

High German military delegation, in which was also a German military attaché in Croatia, Colonel Ralph H. Mayer was received by the Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence, Major General Vlado Bagaric.
In addition to bilateral talks between the two commanders, during a two-day visit, the delegation will also discuss models of training of military pilots in Germany and Croatia, and guests will be presented with the aircraft equipment from the 93rd Air Force Base.
At the beginning of visit, Lieutenant General Janik said he was pleased to be in “Zemunik” Barracks, where Croatian military pilots have been trained, and stressed that the cooperation between German and Croatian Air Force regarding the exchange of experiences could be further improved. During welcome speech, General Bagaric expressed Croatian Air Force readiness and openness for the cooperation of Croatian and German pilots, especially in training process in which the exchange of experiences has been always mutually beneficial and contributed to the quality of the training of military pilots.
