Croatia Unified Engagement Partnership Building Seminar
Croatia Unified Engagement Partnership Building Seminar, began today, 14 February 2012 in Zagreb, organized by the Croatian Air Force and Air Defense and U.S. Air Forces Europe (USAF).
The seminar brings together representatives, key personnel of air forces commands form Croatia, the United States, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia, and was conceived as a place to exchange views and establish good relationships and communication between key people and commanders of air forces in these countries.
The seminar was opened by the Croatian Air Force and Air Defense Commander Brigadier General Dražen Šćuri and director of operations of the U.S. Air Forces Europe, Major General David J. Scott.
The seminar has been organized in the form of workshops with topics: “Protecting forward air bases”, “Air policing in countries in the region” and “Fire fighting”.
In addition to establishing relationships of key personnel and commanders, the seminar was also an opportunity to review and strengthen cooperation.
