Defence Minister congratulates European Taekwondo Gold Medalist
Defence Minister Ante Kotromanović congratulated Lucija Zaninović, the gold medalist at the European Taekwondo Championships held in Baku, Azerbaijan from 1-4 May 2014.
“Dear Lucija, on behalf of the employees of the Croatian Ministry of Defence and the members of the Croatian Armed Forces, I am congratulating you on another huge success of yours – the defended title of the European taekwondo champion. We are proud to have you as member of the family of the Croatian Armed Forces and as excellent promoter of Croatia and the Croatian sport”, said the Minister.
Lucija Zaninović has been member of the Croatian Armed Forces (in the active duty status) since March 2011, pursuant to the Agreement concluded between the Croatian Ministry of Defence and the Croatian Olympic Committee on co-operation, promotion and development of sport in the Republic of Croatia.
