Military diplomatic training completed

Ninth generation’s students of the Military Diplomatic Training completed the three-month course at the Croatian Military Academy (HVU) on Friday, April 23.

Sixteen participants completed the training, including one student from Albania and Macedonia, and four from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The ceremony of awarding diplomas was attended by the Deputy Chief of General Staff for Operations, Rear Admiral (UH) Zdenko Simicic, Director of the International Defence Cooperation Department Davor Cutic, HVU Deputy Director and Commander of the “Ban Josip Jelacic” War College Brigadier General Slaven Zdilar, and representatives from embassies and military and diplomatic corps.
In welcoming remarks, admiral Simicic said that the entire training took place in the English language, which was a great success and particularity of this generation, as well as the participation of foreign students.
The best students, Colonel Jeronim Bazo, Colonel Alen Bigava and Domagoj Vricko were awarded with the Plaque of the International Defence Cooperation Department, handed over by the  Department Director Davor Cutic.
