Military exercise “Spremnost 2012”
Land military exercise “Spremnost 12” began today and will last until 5 April 2012 on the military installation “Eugen Kvaternik”, near Slunj. The aim of the exercise is certification and affirmation of CAF units declared for NATO and EU missions.
The exercise has involved declared military units of the Support Command, Special Operations Battalion, Military Police Regiment, CBRN Battalion, Engineer Regiment of Training and Doctrine Command “Fran Krsto Frankopan” and of the Guards Motorised Brigade, which is also responsible for the execution of the entire activity.
The aim of the exercise is to evaluate the readiness of CAF units declared for NATO and EU missions, and evaluation will implement by licensed teams from the Croatian Army, Support Command, and representatives of the Joint Force Command Naples and Force Command from Madrid.
