Minister Bozinovic met members of 4th CS MN OMLT
Minister of Defence Davor Bozinovic met today, 24 January 2011, during visit to the Training and Doctrine Command (ZOD) of the Croatian Army in Osijek, members of the 4th Combined Multinational Croatian-American Training Team (CS MN OMLT), which soon would leave for the ISAF mission in Afghanistan.
Hungarian Minister of Defence Czaba Hende, who has been visiting Croatia, joined Minister Bozinovic in a meeting with Croatian and U.S. troops, wishing them a lot of success in the ISAF mission.
During the meeting, Minister Bozinovic stressed the importance of participation of members of the Croatian Armed Forces in the ISAF mission and wished a lot of success. “I am proud to have the opportunity to meet members of the joint Croatian-American Training Team that will participate in the ISAF mission and thus contribute to the common peace and stability in Afghanistan”, Minister Bozinovic said. He stressed that he has no doubt that members of the 4th CS MN OMLT, as did their predecessors, would perform their tasks in the ISAF mission professionally and well.
On behalf of the members of the 4th MN CS OMLT, Major Oliver Svos thanked Defence Minister Davor Bozinovic on the visit, stressing that they would use all the knowledge and skills that they had adopted during training.
4th MN CS OMLT consists of CAF members and members of the U.S. Armed Forces from the composition of the Minnesota National Guard.
