Minister Bozinovic met UNDP representative in Croatia
Defence Minister Davor Bozinovic received on Monday, March 21, to visit the Permanent Representative of the UN Development Programme (UNDP) Louise Vinton.
During the meeting they discussed previous cooperation between the UNDP and MOD, through UNDP’s programs relating to energy efficiency and reducing energy costs, projects of conversion of surplus military facilities for civilian use and a pilot project of destruction of cluster munitions.
Minister Bozinovic stressed the readiness of the Ministry of Defence for further cooperation and confirmed the intention for future development and strengthening of cooperation between the Defence Ministry and the UNDP through these projects.
