Minister Kotromanović attends the NATO Defence Ministers meeting
The Croatian Defence Minister Ante Kotromanović is attending the two-day NATO Defence Ministers meeting in Brussels of 3 and 4 June 2014.
The meeting is the last event in the defence ministers format pending the NATO Summit to take place in Wales in September and will discuss collective defence and defence investment, particularly in the light of the current situation in Ukraine and its implications.
The second day of the meeting will begin with a session of the NATO-Georgia Commission and the meeting with the ISAF Troop Contributing Nations. The ministers are to assess the current security situation, the status of planning for the Resolute Support mission and the progress achieved in the transition of security responsibility to the Afghan security forces
