Minister Kotromanović congratulates MG shooting bronze medalist
Defence Minister Ante Kotromanović on 27 June 2013 extended congratulations to Bojan Jurković, major of the Croatian Armed Forces, on winning the bronze medal at the in the 50-m rifle prone competition at the ongoing Mediterranean Games held in Mersin, Turkey (June 20 – 30 2013).
“Dear Bojan, I am most glad to extend congratulations to you, on behalf of all employees of the Ministry of Defence and members of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia, for winning the bronze medal at the Mediterranean Games. Your achievement continues the great series by the Croatian athletes from the Armed Forces, further enhancing their reputation and making us all very proud”, said Minister Kotromanović.
Bojan Đurković has been a member and an active duty officer of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia since March 2011, pursuant to the agreement signed between the Ministry of Defence and the Croatian Olympic Committee on co-operation and promotion of sport in the Republic of Croatia.
