Minister Krstičević and SoD Mattis travel from NATO summit to Zagreb together

Following NATO summit of summit held in Brussels on 11 and 12 July 2018 the Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister u Bruxellesu Damir Krstičević and the U.S. Secretary of Defense arrived to Zagreb together aboard a U.S. aircraft.

The U.S. Secretary Mattis and Minister Krstičević, have been welcome with a formal arrival ceremony, with the U.S. and Croatian national anthems and the honour guard.


 
On the first day of his official visit to Croatia the U.S. Secretary will meet with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković.

On 13 July 2018 Minister Krstičević and Secretary Mattis will attend the Special U.S.- Adriatic Charter Defence Ministerial Meeting in Zagreb, which will be co-chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister Damir Krstičević and the Defence Minister of Montenegro Predrag Bošković.

The Meeting is to gather the defence ministers and senior representatives of the U.S- Adriatic Charter member nations.
