Minister Krstičević meets with US Ambassador
The Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Damir Krstičević on 5 April 2019 mwt with the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia H. E. Robert Kohorst.
The meeting was scheduled in the context of the marking of the 70th anniversary of the founding of NATO Alliance and the 10th anniversary of the membership of the Republic of Croatia in NATO; the Minister and the U.S. Ambassador affirmed the excellent bilateral relations.
The Croatian Minister praised the United States as the strategic ally and partner of Croatia in defence and security and both sides reiterated the shared commitment and alliance in contributing to the global security.
The Minister and the Ambassador discussed the joint participation in NATO-led operations, missions and activities as well as the bilateral training, education and exercises.
