Ministry of Defence attends University Fair 2018

The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia is taking part in the University Fair 2018, taking place in the Students Centre in Zagreb  from 22 to 24 November 2018. The formal opening of the Fair was attended by the President of the Republic of Croatia as the Supreme commander of the Croatian Armed Forces Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, who also toured the Ministry of Defence’s exhibition booth and talked to the cadets.

The exhibition booth of the Ministry of Defence is animated by the members of the Croatian Defence Academy “Dr. Franjo Tuđman“ and of the Personnel Management Division, who inform the audience on the university study programmes  administered by the Academy – Military Engineering, Military Management and the newly launched Military Maritime Studies  as well as on the military pilot profession and on the voluntary military service training programme. 

The MoD’s booth again offers the possibility to operate the computorised flight simulator of the Croatian Air Force. 
The University Fair is organised for the secondary school  leavers, students and other interested public with the purpose to inform future students on the University’s study programmes  the achievements in various domains, the equippedness of the faculties within the University, the undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate study curricula, creative  workposts and student accomodation amenities and student life in Zagreb.
