NATO CHODs meeting

Chief of General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Drago Lovrić attended a meeting of the NATO Military Committee in the format of Chiefs of General Staff held in Brussels on 25 and 26 April.

During the two-day session of the Military Committee, chiefs of staff discussed the current status and further implementation of NATO-led operations, with emphasis on the ISAF and KFOR. The Military Committee will also consider its cooperation with Russia, Ukraine and Georgia and the transformation of NATO in the part relating to the defense capabilities (Smart Defence, Missile Defence, Deterrence and Defence Posture), all in preparation for the upcoming NATO Summit in Chicago.
