NATO lessons learned course
A 4th Lessons Learned Course for Staff Officers, organized by the CAF Operations and Training Directorate, in cooperation with NATO Joint Analysis Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) from Lisbon which is part of the Allied Command Transformation (ACT), was held on October 5 in the CAF Officer’s Club in Split.
Director of the course was Colonel Branko Bešenić and leader Colonel Zvonko Brigljević from the Operations and Training Directorate of the General Staff. The course, attended by 17 participants from the Croatian Armed Forces and one member of the Army of Montenegro, was carried out by a team of Croatian officers trained to implement the exchange of lessons learned in the CAF units in collaboration with the Joint Analyses Training Team (JATT) from Lisbon.
The course was conducted to introduce the personnel with management processes in the area of lessons learned as part of a common system of lessons learned in NATO and in the CAF, using common tools, processes, and information exchange systems.
The lessons learned are experts’ observations from training events and operational actions that indicate what should be changed in order to achieve better results and as a guide for better guidance for training and raising force readiness and excellence.
U Domu HV u Splitu od 1. do 5. listopada 2012. proveden je 4. Tečaj za naučene lekcije za stožerne časnike, u organizaciji Uprave za operativne poslove i obuku GS OS RH, a u suradnji sa predstavnicima NATO Joint Analyses Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) iz Lisabona koje djeluje u sastavu Savezničkog zapovjedništva za transformaciju (ACT).
Direktor tečaja bio je brigadir Branko Bešenić, a strukovni voditelj brigadir Zvonko Brigljević iz Uprave za operativne poslove i obuku GS OS RH. Na tečaju je sudjelovalo 17 polaznika iz OS RH i jedan pripadnik vojske Crne Gore, a proveo ga je tim hrvatskih časnika osposobljenih za provedbu tečaja naučenih lekcija u postrojbama OS RH u suradnji s Joint Analyses Training Team (JATT) iz Lisabona.
Tečaj je proveden u cilju obučavanja osoblja za upravljanje procesima u području naučenih lekcija kao dijela zajedničkog sustava naučenih lekcija u NATO-u i u OS RH koristeći zajedničke alate, procese i sustave razmjene informacija.
Sustav naučenih lekcija stručna su zapažanja s obučnih događaja i operativnih djelovanja koja pokazuju što treba mijenjati da bi rezultati bili što uspješniji i vodič su za bolje usmjeravanje obuke i podizanja spremnosti i izvrsnosti snaga, te kako na učinkovitiji način provesti zadaću po važećim standardima. Naučene lekcije propituju sva područja i funkcioniraju kao alat kontinuiranog poboljšavanja aktivnosti i postupaka.
