President held a lecture at War College
President of the Republic of Croatia and Commander-in-Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces, Ivo Josipović, held a lecture today, 30 January 2013, at the Croatian Military Academy “Petar Zrinski” to students of the 15th generation of the War College “Ban Josip Jelačić”.
Accompanied by the Chief of the President’s Office, Vito Turšić and Defence Counselor Zlatko Gareljić, President Josipović was welcomed by the Chief of General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Drago Lovrić, Director of the Croatian Military Academy, Lieutenant General Slavko Barić, and Deputy Director and Commander of the War College “Ban Josip Jelačić”, Brigadier General Slaven Zdilar.
President gave a lecture on the topic: “International criminal law – responsibility for war crimes”, which is an integral part of the international relations curricula. This is the traditional lecture, the fifth time in a row, of President Josipović to War College students.
