Selection flights for military pilots completed
The selection flights of candidates who have been studying for military pilots completed today, August 11, in the fighter squadron of the 93rd Airbase in “Zemunik” barracks.
Test flight was approached by the eight candidates, after they have completed a program of technical workshop and applied theory and practical flying training on Zlin 242 L aircraft that included basic flying manoeuvres on land and in air (run, takeoff, landing, turns, and acrobatics) in 9 hours of flight time.
Test flights were conducted with the examiners who assessd the acquired degree of flying elements of candidates, while the final assessment would be done by an expert committee.
The next stage of their training continues with a basic training on Zlin 242 L aircraft.
