Severely injured mine engineer dies

Despite the best efforts invested by the surgeon staff of the hospital of Knin, Corporal Marko Odžak, member of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia who got severely injured in the recovery works at the Ammunition Depot at Pađene succumbed to injuries today 10 July 2013 at 3.15 PM.

Corporal Marko Odžak was born on 19 April 1970 at Pribude near Muć, Split County, Croatia. He was a participant of the Homeland War  since 1991, and carried out the duty of mine clearing engineer since 1996.
Defence Minister Ante Kotromanović has sent a letter to the family of the deceased engineer, expressing his deepest condolences.
