Specialist military training in Army Infantry Regiment
Members of the Croatian Armed Forces, who have been on specialist training in infantry regiment of the Army, conducted a live fire exercise using the infantry combat vehicle BVP M80 today, February 24, at the military training ground “Gašinci”.
This shooting was the final part of the intensive training that has been conducted in difficult field conditions, during which all 66 members of the Armed Forces (61 men and 5 women) successfully met all objectives and tasks. In conducting live firing from infantry combat vehicle, soldiers combined firing from 20 mm cannon, 7.62 mm PKT machine gun, 7.62 mm light machine gun, and 7.62 mm automatic rifle.
The life fire exercise was also attended by officer of the doctrine and the development of armoured units of Training and Doctrine Command “F.K. Frankopan” Lt. Col. Anto Andrijanić and the Infantry Regiment Commander, Lt. Col. Stjepan Krešić.
This is a specialist military training of CAF members of armoured mechanized specialties that have been on the specialist training from December 2011.
