Specialist NCO Basic Training

The specialist part of the 40th generation of NCO basic training was conducted from 5 December 2011 to 2 March 2012 in the Centre for Logistics Training and Doctrine in Pozega (SzOiDL).

The basic NCO training is defined as the first level of NCO training, and is composed of general and specialized parts. General part of the basic NCO training was conducted in NCO School in Đakovo, while 4 participants (3 students of technical services – missiles and missile systems and 1 student of traffic service) successfully completed the specialist part in the SzOiDL. Through the general part of the basic NCO training students gained basic military – expert knowledge to serve as commander of the team and other similar duties.

By specialized part of the training in combat support services, students have adopted new knowledge and skills, and have been trained to serve as NCOs in combat service support in accordance with their specialties.
