Students of the Polytechnic from Velika Gorica visited 91st Air Base

First year students that study aircraft maintenance at the Polytechnic in Velika Gorica visited today, Monday, 4 July 2011, the 91st Air Force Base in Pleso barracks.

During the visit, the pilots and aircraft technicians from the composition of the Squadron of transport aircraft (ETA), fighter squadron (EBA), and a squadron of multi-role helicopters (EVH) presented students the Croatian Air Force and Air Defence and showed aircraft from the composition of the 91st Air Force Base. Also, during the visit, students were introduced with the history of the 91st Air Force Base and with the organization and technology for maintenance of military aircraft.
Student especially found attractive MiG-21 and An-32B aircraft and Mi-171Sh helicopter.
