TACEVAL for KFOR and Resolute Support
The Evaluator Team of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, headed by Lt. Col. Ivan Krulić, conducted the TACEVAL of the members of the 19th HRVCON to KFOR
and of two members of the 2nd Rotary Wing Mi-17 Air Advisory Team of the 3rd HRVCON to be deployed to the Resolute Support mission.
The evaluation concluded the pre-deployment training of the 19th HRVCON, examining the required level of readiness according to NATO standards.
The two members of the 2nd RW Mi-17 AAT as a component of the 3rd HRVCON to Resolute Support underwent the same evaluation, which closed their pre-deployment training as well.
The pre-deployment training, tailored to prepare the contingent members for tactical airlift of personnel and assets, included the flight practice of the helicopter crews and the basic military skills including survival skills, NBC protection and weapon handling for other key personnel.
