Due to significant public interest, the Croatian Ministry of Defence is releasing the full context of the Declaration signed by the Defence Ministers of Croatia, Albania and Kosovo on 18 March 2025 in Tirana.
This is a declaration on defence cooperation among the three countries – Croatia and Albania as NATO allies, and Kosovo. It aims to contribute to stability and security in Southeast Europe, support the Euro-Atlantic integration path, and strengthen cooperation and alliance among the three friendly states.
