Two CAF servicemen slightly injured
During the execution of the training at the military training ground Cerovac near Karlovac, today, 23 August 2012, in the afternoon, two CAF servicemen sustained minor injuries.
Two members of the Armed Forces were overwhelmed with the soil, sand and stone chips on the head, neck and on arms, when, during the training “The fight against improvised explosive device”, a training explosive device detonated.
First aid was provided on the spot, and then they were transported to a hospital in Karlovac, where they were examined and after treating the injuries they were released home.
Tomorrow they will report on medical examination and then they are expected to return to their unit.
