Two fire-fighting aircraft engaged in fire fighting in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Two Canadair CL-415 were sent today, 11 August 2011, at the request of the Fire-fighting Operational Centre of DUZS Divulje on fire sites in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on direction Trebinje to Dubi Konavle.
Fire engulfed the forest and bush in length of one kilometre along the border with the Republic of Croatia.
Canadairs were engaged in fire-fighting from 14:50 to 16:25 after which they returned to base.
