Visit to storage facilities

Defence Minister Ante Kotromanović with his associates visited today, 25 January 2013, the barracks “Colonel Marko Živković” on Pleso and “Captain Josip Zidar” in Buna and visited storage facilities of the Support Command and Croatian Air Force and Air Defence.

Minister Kotromanović and his Assistant Minister Viktor Koprivnjak were welcomed by the CAF delegation led by the Deputy Chief of General Staff Admiral Ante Urlić and Commander of the Support Command, Major General Mate Ostović.

During the tour, the officers and employees of the warehouse facilities informed the guests about the operating procedures, as well as with the existing state of the facilities and stockpiled technical and material resources. Furthermore, the Minister was presented with the potential projects for modernization and rationalization related to the storage facilities within the Support Command.
