Donation of equipment to Centre for Personnel Management
A transfer document on donated equipment from the Ministry of Defence of the Danish Centre for Personnel Management – Department of Selection and Promotion was signed today, Sptember 16, in Zagreb “Petar Zrinski” Barracks. Signatories of the document were Danish Colonel Kurt Refsgaard and Centre for Personnel Management (SzUO) Commander Colonel Zdravko Andabak.
By signing the transfer document, a multi-year project was concluded within which Contact Centre and Psychological Computer Testing Room in SzUO was equipped, and multimedia and other equipment worth 3.3 million kunas donated. The realization of the project will enable faster and more efficient SzUO contact with interested candidates for admission to the Croatian Armed Forces, as well as their fast testing. Of course, the equipment will be used for other tasks carried out by SzUO.
Thanking all those who participated in the project, Colonel Refsgaard expressed confidence that the equipment will certainly be used for the benefit of the CAF. Danish officer described the conclusion of the project as the beginning of a new and greater bilateral cooperation between the two countries within NATO.
On behalf of the Ministry of Defence and Croatian Armed Forces, besides Brigadier Andabak, Chief of Personnel Department of the Ministry of Defence Nenad Smolcec, Deputy Chief of the CAF Personnel Department Brigadier Ivica Kinder, and the Project Team leader Colonel Vlado Gruic thanked the Danish side.
