CAF helicopter rescued tourists on Mosor
CAF MI-8 MTV helicopter, yesterday, 17 August 2011, took part in search and rescue of the missing group of tourists on Mosor.
During search from the air, tourists were spotted on the north side of Mosor in the Jabukovac area, after which with the supported of Mountain Rescue Service – HGSS, they were extracted and transferred to a safe destination. Search and rescue was successfully completed and none of the tourists was injured. In group were one American and seven French nationals.
